  • Items purchased during clearance sales or with a discount code (unless defective).
  • Gift cards.

b. Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

b. Return Address

4. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is in its original condition, we will proceed with processing your return.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they are already in processing.
